125i Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using the 125i platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 125i platform (including the official website at https://125i.app and the mobile application), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 125i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These terms apply to all 125i platform users, including visitors, registered members, and any party accessing content or services provided by the platform.

2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 125i platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 125i will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Permitted Use

The 125i platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any form of system manipulation.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automation software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account
  • Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the platform's systems
  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses with the intent of circumventing stipulated rollover requirements

125i Rights

125i reserves the right to investigate and take action against any activity suspected of violating these terms, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

Official Currency

All deposits and withdrawals on the 125i platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used belongs to you.

Deposit

Deposits successfully credited to your platform account are final. 125i is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical disruptions beyond our control. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and fulfilment of any rollover requirements tied to active bonuses. 125i reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal as a standard security measure. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.

Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, 125i reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice. Balances arising from technical errors are not considered withdrawable funds.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 125i platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 125i is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruptions, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including temporary technical outages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 125i platform — including logos, visual design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 125i or its respective licensors. Any reproduction, reuse, or distribution of this content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links

The 125i platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 125i does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law & Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. 125i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Account Suspension

125i reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected, a third-party complaint is received, or additional identity verification is required. During the suspension period, all deposit, betting, and withdrawal functions will be disabled until the investigation is concluded.

Permanent Account Closure

An account may be permanently closed for the following reasons: confirmed fraud, serious breach of terms, money laundering activity, or repeated misuse of the platform. In cases of fraud-based closure, 125i reserves the right to forfeit all account balances and reject any pending withdrawal requests.

Closure at User Request

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 125i support team by email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification and settlement of any pending transactions. Valid balances will be returned to the payment method registered on your account.
